Systems Engineer Level 5 - Mission Modeling Simulation

This engineer will create physics-based models, algorithms, and operational scenarios involving missiles, sensors, threats, and command-and-control systems. Working with systems, GNC, software, integration, and other engineering teams, the position evaluates engagements and broader campaign outcomes through trade studies, sensitivity analysis, and simulation. The role also involves implementing analysis tools in languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++, then documenting and presenting conclusions to technical and program leadership. It is suited to an experienced defense modeling and simulation professional who can work independently, mentor others, and communicate complex findings clearly. The position is based primarily onsite in Chandler, Arizona, supports classified programs, and requires substantial experience with mission analysis and defense systems.
