Working with systems, GNC, software, integration, and other engineering teams, the position evaluates engagements and broader campaign outcomes through trade studies, sensitivity analysis, and simulation. The role also involves implementing analysis tools in languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++, then documenting and presenting conclusions to technical and program leadership. It is suited to an experienced defense modeling and simulation professional who can work independently, mentor others, and communicate complex findings clearly. The position is based primarily onsite in Chandler, Arizona, supports classified programs, and requires substantial experience with mission analysis and defense systems.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field with 12 years of related experience, or equivalent advanced-degree experienceExtensive defense modeling, simulation, and operations analysis experienceHands-on experience with tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, Brawler, STK, or MATLAB/SimulinkProficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or comparable programming languagesStrong knowledge of probability, statistics, design of experiments, and mission effectiveness analysis
