Proving Ground Technician Manager

This manager will lead proving-ground technician teams responsible for maintaining vehicle readiness, resolving work orders, supporting testing, and preparing specialized lab and facility assets. They will balance competing requests across multiple vehicle configurations, from mature systems to early prototypes, while setting operational metrics and service expectations for internal and external teams. The position works closely with systems engineering, program management, vendors, OEM partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate testing and address emerging fleet issues.
