BIM Engineer

TSMCPhoenix, AZ

Based in Phoenix, this engineer will help design and optimize semiconductor FAB environments by managing tool layouts, facility connections, and federated models. The position works closely with facility, equipment, IT, ISEP, AMHS, construction, and other engineering teams to align designs with project requirements. Responsibilities include site verification, clash detection, risk tracking, workflow improvement, and maintaining accurate construction documentation. The engineer may support projects across Taiwan, Japan, Europe, and other international locations, including extended assignments. This opportunity suits a collaborative problem solver with BIM modeling experience who is comfortable working onsite, traveling internationally, and contributing to complex high-tech facility development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science, civil or mechanical engineering, or a related field1–3 years of modeling experience or at least 1 year in semiconductor constructionProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BluebeamExperience coordinating with engineers, construction teams, and project stakeholdersStrong communication, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary collaboration skillsWillingness to work onsite in Phoenix and travel internationally as needed
