Quality Management Engineer

This engineer will partner with process integration, fab engineering, manufacturing, materials, and site quality groups to establish reliable quality systems and achieve factory performance goals. The work includes analyzing wafer fabrication, equipment, facility, and incoming-material data to identify quality risks and respond to process events. The engineer will also develop standardized statistical process controls, predictive models, and data-driven methods using tools such as machine learning and data science. The position supports global manufacturing certifications and quality performance during product introduction and high-volume production. It suits an analytical semiconductor professional who can lead cross-functional projects, work independently, and balance operational needs with rigorous quality expectations. Extended training in Taiwan and the ability to develop teams are also expected.

Requirements

B.S. or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or PhysicsExperience in semiconductor manufacturing and development, preferably with 300mm/22nm technology or belowUnderstanding of fab processes and flow with strong analytical and multi-tasking skillsKnowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and statistical analysis methodsProficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualizationFluent English and willingness to relocate to Taiwan for extended training periods
