Yield Excellence Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Material ScienceExperience in bright field, darkfield and Ebeam defect metrology tool usageExperience in inline usage of defect metrology tools to monitor/detect integrated and process tool shifts in high volume 24/7 advanced manufacturing fabPassion for collaboration with process integration equipmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teamsMust take ownership for solving issues and ensure escalations take placeTeam player that can multitask and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environmentAbility to troubleshoot complex problems and own efforts to address root causesQuick assimilation to new technologyLegally eligible to work in the United States
