AI Forward Deployed Engineer

This engineer will work directly with fab stakeholders to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and create targeted applications using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and rapid development tools. The position combines software engineering, AI experimentation, user collaboration, and agile testing in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Successful prototypes will be documented and transferred to enterprise teams for secure, scalable deployment. The role suits a proactive technologist who can learn unfamiliar business and engineering domains quickly and communicate effectively with nontechnical partners. Candidates must work onsite in Phoenix, follow a Monday-through-Friday schedule, and participate in periodic 24/7 on-call coverage.
