Design Architect - New Fab Design Department

The Design Architect will shape architectural solutions for new fabs and related infrastructure, from early programming and master planning through construction and future expansion planning. This position works within TSMC’s New Fab Design Department and partners with internal departments, building systems teams, consultants, the Architect of Record, government agencies, and site construction teams. The architect will review technical drawings, manage risks and budgets, support permitting, monitor field execution, and report project progress to leadership. It suits an experienced architectural professional with substantial large-scale commercial or industrial design and construction experience, strong coordination skills, and familiarity with building codes and design software. The position is based on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, with no travel specified.
