Foundry Device Engineer
This position sits within Intel Foundry’s Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering organization, connecting advanced device development with production and customer requirements. The engineer will work with technology development and manufacturing teams to adapt CMOS architectures, refine fabrication processes, and support applications ranging from high-performance computing to mobile and mixed-signal products. Responsibilities include designing experiments, analyzing device and manufacturing data, using scripting to accelerate learning, and resolving performance or yield issues. The role suits a technically advanced semiconductor professional who can influence global, cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Work may be based in Hillsboro, Phoenix/Chandler, or Santa Clara under Intel’s hybrid work model.
