Foundry Device Engineer

This position sits within Intel Foundry’s Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering organization, connecting advanced device development with production and customer requirements. Requirements

Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field5+ years of CMOS device engineering experienceExperience with CMOS device physics and advanced transistor fabricationFoundry or high-volume manufacturing experience preferredData analysis, scripting, DOE, and engineering analytics skillsStrong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership abilities
