Head of Regional Digital Transformation User Experience

This position leads regional digital workplace and IT operations across offices, manufacturing sites, warehouses, laboratories, and customer-facing locations. The leader will coordinate regional teams and service partners while aligning local support with global standards, business priorities, cybersecurity requirements, and transformation programs. A major focus is improving the employee experience by using service data, feedback, automation, and AI to reduce recurring issues and make support more proactive. The role also represents regional needs within the global digital transformation organization and supports adoption of major initiatives involving enterprise applications, data, cloud, security, and workplace technology.
