Data Scientist/Statistician
This Data Scientist/Statistician position supports Intel's Foundry Statistics and Data Science team, which integrates sound statistical methodologies into manufacturing operations and business systems. You'll partner with factory automation teams and process development functions to leverage predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics on both structured and unstructured semiconductor manufacturing data. The role involves developing algorithms and applications that drive change control decisions, maintain process capability and matching across facilities, and support the transfer of systems to Intel's global virtual factory network. You'll assist with causal inference, pattern identification, and interfacing between technical analytics teams and business stakeholders. This position suits engineers with strong applied statistics foundations, coding proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex technical insights to non-technical audiences while supporting organizational transformation through data-driven practices.
