Accounting Manager

This position manages core accounting functions such as the general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting. Reporting to the Controller, the manager supports leadership with analysis, recommendations, and reliable financial information while maintaining compliance with accounting, tax, and reporting requirements. The role coordinates audits, oversees banking relationships, evaluates risks and controls, and improves accounting systems and processes. It includes direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, workload management, and performance development within the accounting team.
