This leader will manage quality program managers and engineers while coordinating with site quality teams and central supplier quality, reliability, equipment, materials, and automation groups. The position oversees quality systems across processes such as wafer-level assembly, bumping, hybrid bonding, optical packaging, assembly, and test development, including adaptation for emerging packaging technologies. Responsibilities include managing major quality excursions, leading root-cause and corrective-action efforts, governing Quality Review Boards, and using performance data to guide sustained improvements. The manager will also promote training, automation, common practices, and lessons learned across multiple Foundry locations while supporting customer-facing quality partnerships. This opportunity suits an experienced semiconductor manufacturing quality leader with strong people-management, cross-site influence, supplier engagement, and operational problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

10+ years of fab or assembly manufacturing experience with process control expertise5+ years managing technical teams with demonstrated resultsExperience leading quality programs and driving supplier improvement initiativesDeep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, substrate and test processesStrong cross-functional leadership and communication skills across complex organizationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
