StormBreaker Technical Lead

This engineer will serve as the technical authority for StormBreaker electrical hardware, guiding subsystem execution from early design through testing, production, and customer sell-off. The role works across electrical engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and program leadership to resolve complex hardware and supplier issues. It also involves leading qualification plans, communicating status and risks, supporting proposals, and ensuring program requirements are delivered within budget and schedule constraints. The position is suited to an experienced hardware or systems engineering leader who can manage multidisciplinary teams and troubleshoot analog, digital, mixed-signal, and electro-mechanical systems. Candidates should be comfortable in defense development and production environments and hold an active U.S. Secret clearance.
