Sr. Staff Engineer, Ultra-Pure Water

Responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation of Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems for Amkor's OSAT factory. This includes RO, EDI, DI, and ultrafiltration systems to ensure reliable and high-quality water supply for our facility. Support system performance, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Process Engineering8+ years of experience in UPW systems engineering (design and operations), preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturingStrong understanding of UPW systems, water treatment technologies, and industry standardsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsKnowledge of adjacent disciplines (automation, wastewater, gas, chemicals)Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and engineering tools
