Program Quality Engineer
This engineer supports Raytheon’s Naval Power organization by embedding quality practices throughout the missile program lifecycle. The role partners with integrated product teams, senior leaders, customers, and other quality specialists to ensure contractual, technical, and Quality Management System expectations are met. Responsibilities include tracking quality performance, leading root-cause and corrective-action efforts, applying APQP methods, and participating in material, change, and failure review boards. The engineer also helps improve cost and efficiency while supporting transition-to-production and risk-management activities. It suits a collaborative quality professional with aerospace or manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work onsite in a cleared defense environment.
