Module Equipment Engineer
This engineer is part of TSMC Arizona’s module engineering organization supporting equipment used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include commissioning new tools, troubleshooting alarms and complex failures, identifying root causes, and developing monitoring or preventive systems to improve reliability. The position also involves coordinating vendors and serving as a technical link among facilities, manufacturing shifts, and engineering groups.
