Module Engineer

This engineer will manage one or more manufacturing toolsets, maintaining safe, stable, clean, and matched production performance. The work includes developing process and equipment roadmaps, qualifying new tools and technologies, analyzing control data, conducting experiments, and resolving complex manufacturing issues. The engineer will help transfer processes into high-volume production, support factory start-ups, and collaborate with process, integration, yield, and operations teams. The position suits an experienced semiconductor professional who combines technical problem-solving with strong communication, leadership, prioritization, and accountability. Shift-based on-site support may be required, including service as an on-shift engineer for toolset needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in a relevant engineering STEM fieldSemiconductor industry engineering experienceExperience with high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfersKnowledge of statistics and experimental design for process development and tool matchingTroubleshooting experienceAbility to work on-site and across engineering and manufacturing organizations
