Advanced Contracts Specialist

This position serves as a primary contracts contact for customers and subcontractors, advising internal teams and handling communications, commitments, changes, and performance issues. The specialist reviews and negotiates agreements, supports proposals and program execution, evaluates subcontractor proposals, and helps identify and reduce contractual risk. The role requires strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, contract analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. It suits an experienced contracts professional who can work independently on moderately complex matters, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and use sound judgment in a defense-industry environment. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required.
