HR Leadership Partner

This position partners with operations and functional executives at TSMC’s Phoenix semiconductor facility on leadership performance, organizational structure, workforce actions, and employee relations. It provides candid counsel on difficult people decisions and helps leaders navigate restructurings, operational changes, and communication planning. The role also oversees sensitive investigations involving conduct, harassment, retaliation, ethics, and other high-risk matters in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and senior HR stakeholders. In addition, it identifies recurring organizational risks and recommends interventions related to leadership capability, culture, engagement, and operating effectiveness. It suits an experienced HR business partner who can influence senior leaders, exercise sound judgment in high-pressure environments, and work discreetly across complex manufacturing or regulated settings.
