CSA Construction Management (CM) Engineer - Greenhand

The engineer will work within TSMC Arizona’s Building Construction Department on the development of a new fab. Responsibilities span construction planning, schedule and material control, site logistics, contractor coordination, permitting, payment and change-order administration, and field documentation. The position also involves reviewing design progress, checking alignment with applicable codes, and identifying risks that could affect construction milestones. Success requires clear communication with contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders, along with sound judgment under pressure. It is suited to a motivated civil, structural, or architectural engineering graduate interested in large-scale industrial construction and willing to work in clean room environments.
