Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 15+ years of product design experience in high-end electronicsMinimum 6+ years leading and developing mechanical engineering teams with proven hiring and talent development skillsDemonstrated success launching high-volume electronic products through production with expertise in high-volume manufacturing and assembly processesProficiency in 3D CAD modeling (CREO preferred), mechanical analysis (FEA, tolerance analysis, kinematics), and design for manufacturability/assemblyExperience managing overseas development and manufacturing partners, PDM/PLM systems, and change management processesStrong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to design, prototype, test, and solve complex mechanical engineering challenges in fast-paced environments
