NG Fellow 1 - Tracking and Discrimination

This position serves as a sector-level authority for sensing, hypersonic tracking, target-state estimation, multi-sensor fusion, classification, and threat discrimination. The fellow will shape long-term technical roadmaps, guide trade studies, and mature advanced concepts into reliable real-time software for radar, infrared, and related mission systems. The role spans the full engineering lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, integration, verification, testing, and field support. It also requires influencing software, systems, GNC, sensing, and mission-engineering organizations while mentoring senior technical personnel. The position suits an established defense or aerospace expert with extensive experience in mission-critical tracking algorithms, complex systems, and customer-facing technical strategy.
