Industrial Security Analyst/Facility Security Officer - Level 4

This position serves as the Facility Security Officer for Northrop Grumman’s Chandler site and reports to the sector’s senior security leadership. The successful candidate will oversee a comprehensive industrial security program aligned with NISPOM and other federal requirements, while supporting classified materials, personnel access, facility protection, and security records. Responsibilities include conducting audits and training, handling security incidents, supporting classified construction projects, and preparing documentation such as OPSEC plans and DD-254 forms. The role works closely with government agencies, internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external customers in a fast-moving setting. It is well suited to an experienced FSO or AFSO with strong regulatory knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities independently.
