Senior Particle Chemist

This R&D position focuses on creating and optimizing silica abrasives with controlled size, structure, and surface characteristics for advanced semiconductor applications. The chemist will also develop BEOL CMP slurries and buff chemistries, using studies of interfacial reactions, corrosion, electrochemistry, and film interactions to improve polishing results. The role combines hands-on laboratory experimentation with technical analysis, documentation, intellectual property research, and support for commercialization. The scientist will work with engineering, applications, process development, manufacturing, and laboratory teams to solve technical problems and advise internal stakeholders. It suits an innovative Ph.D.-level chemist, chemical engineer, or materials scientist with semiconductor or CMP experience and strong organizational and communication skills.
