Junior Electrical Technician

Working on the electrical construction team, the technician helps prepare and install conduit, cable trays, junction boxes, panels, and related equipment. Duties include staging materials, pulling wire, supporting layout activities, using hand and power tools, and learning supervised termination and torque procedures. The role is suited to someone beginning a career in electrical or construction work who is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning from drawings and experienced technicians. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Phoenix, handle physical tasks such as lifting and ladder work, and accept rotating 12-hour day or night shifts in a compressed schedule.
