NSMS Production FP&A

This position sits within the NSMS Portfolio FP&A organization and helps manage financial planning for shipboard missile programs. Responsibilities include maintaining forecasts and plans, analyzing cost elements and business variances, supporting monthly and quarterly close, and preparing timely financial reporting. The specialist will work with business managers and cross-functional partners to evaluate bookings, sales, earnings, cash, budgets, risks, and performance trends. The role also contributes to process improvements, cost-reduction efforts, metrics development, and strategic financial projects using RTX systems and analytical tools. It suits an experienced finance professional with strong Excel, forecasting, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills who can work onsite and hold or obtain a Secret security clearance.
