NSMS Production FP&A

The NSMS Production FP&A Specialist partners with the FP&A Manager and Business Managers to execute financial planning and analysis for the Naval Standard Missile Systems program. Your responsibilities include supporting monthly and quarterly financial close activities, managing Rplan forecasts and annual operating plans, conducting variance analysis on key metrics like bookings and sales, and providing ad hoc financial analysis to leadership. This role requires collaboration across multiple business functions and organizational levels to deliver timely quantitative insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. The position suits analytical professionals with strong financial planning experience who thrive in fast-paced environments requiring both technical Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills. You'll have flexibility to work from RTX locations in Arizona, Texas, or Massachusetts while supporting the Tucson-based program.
