Senior Product Install Supervisor

This position oversees KLA’s product installation operations within its global service organization, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The supervisor assigns resources, manages installation cases and costs, coordinates corrective action plans, and addresses issues that arise across functional teams. They also review installation records, lead project and escalation meetings, and prepare business updates for divisional and executive audiences. As a representative of Customer Operations, the role contributes to product life-cycle teams for assigned equipment families. It suits an organized semiconductor equipment professional with experience leading technical teams, managing projects, communicating with customers, and presenting operational results.
