Implementation Engineer II, Fusus

As an Implementation Engineer II on the Software Solutions Delivery Team, you'll serve as a client-facing technical leader responsible for analyzing IT architectures, scoping integration projects, and delivering Axon's public safety solutions to organizations of varying sizes. You'll work with cross-functional teams including networking professionals, product engineers, and customer stakeholders to understand agency needs and architect solutions that connect disparate systems. This role suits experienced technical professionals who enjoy direct client engagement, have strong systems integration and software development skills, and want to drive meaningful impact in the public safety sector. You'll split your time between remote work and on-site client visits, managing projects through their full lifecycle while communicating progress to both technical and non-technical leadership.
