Implementation Engineer II, Fusus

This position is part of Axon’s Software Solutions Delivery Team and helps clients plan, implement, and improve integrations between their existing systems and Axon products. The engineer evaluates technical environments, defines project scope, manages deployments, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures implementations meet agency goals. Responsibilities include working with APIs, cloud and on-premises systems, networking, Linux and container platforms, databases, and software development tools to build and support integrations. The role is remote with up to 30% U.S. travel and involves close coordination with product, engineering, sales, DevOps, and customer teams. It suits an experienced technical professional who can lead multiple projects, communicate effectively with varied audiences, and work comfortably across architecture, coding, implementation, and client service.
