Sr Manufacturing Engineer I (Onsite)

This engineer will join Axon’s manufacturing engineering organization and support equipment, processes, and production personnel at the Phoenix site. The role involves designing and improving manufacturing methods, responding to line issues, selecting automation and robotics, and helping production achieve performance targets. It also includes guiding technical and production staff, partnering with Quality, R&D, Product, and Automation teams, and maintaining thorough process documentation. The position suits an experienced mechanical or manufacturing engineer who is comfortable with high-volume automated production, structured problem solving, and root cause investigations. It is intended for someone who can work hands-on onsite while driving measurable improvements in reliability, efficiency, and product quality.
