Civil/Structural Design Engineer - New Fab Design Department

This engineer will join TSMC Arizona’s Design & Construction organization and help deliver large-scale semiconductor-fab buildings and related infrastructure. The position spans reviewing engineering drawings, supervising contractors, coordinating with consultants and government authorities, and confirming that construction meets approved designs and applicable standards. The engineer will also track budgets, schedules, resources, safety, maintenance planning, permits, inspections, and project risks while reporting progress to leadership. The role is suited to a licensed civil or structural professional with major-project experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with land development, traffic, flood control, construction sequencing, and international building requirements. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site in Phoenix and collaborate across technical and operational teams.
