TSMC Module Engineering Managers
Module Engineering Managers oversee specialized areas such as CMP, CVD, diffusion, etch, lithography, metrology, and PVD within TSMC’s Phoenix fabrication facility. Depending on the module, responsibilities may include managing engineers and technicians, qualifying and troubleshooting equipment, maintaining production performance, advancing process controls, and supporting new line or technology ramp-up. Managers partner with process integration, manufacturing, yield, cross-module, equipment supplier, and overseas mother-fab teams to sustain high-volume production. The position also involves resource planning, talent development, compliance, and continuous improvement. It suits experienced semiconductor engineering leaders who can work on-site, support off-hours operations, and coordinate complex technical programs in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
