Construction Safety Engineer
This engineer will help develop and enforce safety procedures aligned with OSHA and applicable state and local requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing subcontractor safety plans and hazard analyses, leading or participating in inspections and audits, supporting pre-construction planning, and verifying training and toolbox-talk records. The position also provides field guidance, investigates incidents through root-cause analysis, and works with project teams and contractors to strengthen the site’s safety culture. It suits an early-career construction health and safety professional with a relevant university degree, strong communication skills, and an interest in complex semiconductor facility construction. The job is based fully on-site in Phoenix and requires comfort working outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, around industrial equipment, and in varied weather conditions.
