Manager, Solutions Architect (Deployment)

This manager will oversee 6–10 Solutions Architects serving law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers. The position is primarily focused on coaching the team, allocating resources, maintaining delivery quality, and improving architecture and implementation processes. It also includes contributing technical expertise to complex or highly integrated client deployments and coordinating with sales, product, engineering, and account teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable evaluating IT architectures, designing cloud and integration solutions, and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role suits an experienced solutions architect or technical leader with supervisory experience, strong project management skills, and an interest in mission-critical public safety technology.
