(Senior) Engineer I, Global Product Support

This engineer will serve as a system-level technical resource for new ALD platforms within ASM’s product development and support organization. They will collaborate with hardware, electrical, controls, process, and software teams to improve serviceability, manufacturability, maintenance procedures, and overall product reliability. The position includes leading prototype builds and testing, supporting Alpha and Beta customer installations, resolving field issues, and preparing spare-parts strategies for product launches. It is well suited to an engineer with semiconductor equipment experience, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both customers and multidisciplinary teams. Regular travel to customer sites is expected during development and deployment cycles.
