Senior SiPh Product Development Engineer

This engineer will guide cross-functional teams developing photonic and electronic integrated circuits, manufacturing processes, packaging, and test solutions through high-volume production. The position sits within Intel’s Integrated Photonics Solutions organization and works closely with design, fabrication, assembly, operations, quality, and customer-facing stakeholders. Key efforts include defining product execution plans, preparing manufacturing capacity and qualification activities, managing risks, and communicating progress and recommendations to leadership. Success requires strong matrixed-team leadership, sound judgment across technical and commercial tradeoffs, and proactive stakeholder communication. It is well suited to an experienced silicon photonics, optical communications, semiconductor process, packaging, or test professional who has helped transition products into manufacturing.
