Principal/Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2 or 3)

This engineer will create and sustain production processes for assemblies, equipment installation, machining, material handling, and related manufacturing operations. The position supports factory layout, build sequencing, tooling, equipment adaptation, inspection planning, statistical process control, and corrective actions when production issues arise. As part of the Launch Systems Manufacturing Integration Team, the engineer will collaborate with design, quality, production, and other cross-functional groups to apply Design for Manufacturing principles and meet regulatory requirements. The role is suited to an experienced manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineer who is comfortable with MES work instructions, CAD-based tools, and production troubleshooting. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and work onsite in Chandler, with occasional travel.
