Process Integration and Yield Engineer

This engineer will analyze manufacturing data to uncover the causes of yield losses, defects, and process variation, then guide corrective actions with factory and process teams. The position supports technology ramp, transfer, and sustaining activities while contributing to improvements in safety, reliability, cost, stability, and throughput. It involves expertise in semiconductor process-flow segments and participation in multi-area teams addressing complex production issues. The role suits a technically experienced semiconductor professional who combines strong data skills with clear communication, organization, teamwork, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Experience with statistical methods, semiconductor fabrication, and tools such as JMP, Python, R, or SQL would support success in the position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field with 4+ years of experience, master’s degree with 3+ years, or a Ph.D.Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes such as lithography, etch, diffusion, implant, planarization, and thin filmsExperience with statistical process control, design of experiments, and statistical data analysisProgramming or analytics experience using JMP/JSL, Python, R, or SQLStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and teamwork skillsPreferred experience with new technology startups or advanced-node foundry process/yield engineering
