Photo Resist (PR) Manufacturing Specialist
This position joins TSMC Arizona’s Manufacturing Department and helps keep advanced semiconductor production running by managing photoresist bottle changes and checking delivery systems. The specialist monitors supply levels, connects and disconnects chemical lines, handles waste, records production information, and promptly escalates leaks or equipment issues. Work takes place in a controlled cleanroom with full protective equipment and requires long shifts, physical stamina, and willingness to support day or night operations. TSMC provides several months of structured training in manufacturing procedures and photoresist handling. The role suits detail-oriented, safety-conscious candidates who are comfortable with computers, repetitive physical tasks, technical instructions, and team-based production work.
