Director, Engineering Program Management

This leader will build and develop a high-performing Engineering Program Management organization supporting hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and cloud-connected products. They will oversee portfolio health, schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks, and prioritization while creating scalable development processes and governance. The position partners closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Operations to resolve trade-offs and maintain execution momentum. It also requires stepping into critical programs, clarifying ambiguous situations, and translating technical or business issues for senior leadership.
