Senior Manager, Software Engineering Manager

This leader will guide software development across multiple business units and product lines supporting equipment such as robotics, gas valves, and temperature control systems. The position includes setting software strategy, managing release baselines and schedules, and coordinating execution across global engineering, hardware, process, and quality teams. It also involves building and developing engineering talent while maintaining strong internal and external customer focus. The successful candidate will bring extensive software development and people leadership experience, along with strong C++ and architecture skills. Experience in semiconductor equipment, customer-driven environments, and modern development tools would be especially useful.
