Advanced Contracts Specialist

This position serves as a senior contracts resource for GDMS’s Space Systems business within the Space, Cyber & Intelligence organization. The specialist leads contractual communications, supports proposals and program execution, negotiates agreements, and manages changes affecting scope, cost, schedule, or performance. The role also evaluates subcontractor proposals and helps resolve complex or unusual contractual issues while maintaining alignment with company policies and federal acquisition requirements. Success requires strong judgment, analytical ability, communication skills, and the capacity to work independently across multiple functions. It is well suited to an experienced contracts professional who holds a TS/SCI clearance and is comfortable supporting classified defense programs in a hybrid office environment.
