Senior Engineer I, Software Engineering- "Factory Automation"

This position designs, tests, deploys, and maintains software that controls semiconductor tools, including robotics, gas systems, and temperature-control hardware. The engineer works across Windows and real-time operating systems, diagnosing software and equipment issues and helping resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-system problems. The role also supports factory integration through protocols such as SECS/GEM, GEM300, EDA, and AMHS, while contributing to specifications, architecture, testing, and scheduling. It involves close coordination with QA, support personnel, field engineers, automation specialists, and customers around the world.
