Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing

Reporting to the EVP of Operations, this leader will oversee strategic sourcing across commodity categories, contract manufacturers, and critical component suppliers. The role combines supplier strategy, competitive bidding, commercial negotiations, cost improvement, contract governance, and risk mitigation across a complex hardware supply chain. It also partners closely with engineering, quality, operations, federal leadership, and executives to support product launches, regulatory obligations, business reviews, and enterprise risk decisions. The successful candidate will build and develop a high-performing team while establishing disciplined processes for supplier performance, resilience, compliance, and talent succession. This position suits an experienced sourcing executive who is comfortable operating across global manufacturing, regulated environments, cross-functional product development, and senior stakeholder settings.
