This onsite engineering position focuses on demonstrating and improving the reliability of launch vehicle hardware, software, and built-in test capabilities. Responsibilities include reliability modeling, FMEA/FMECA, fault tree analysis, nonconformance evaluation, failure-mode test coverage, and assessment of corrective actions. The engineer will help define reliability programs, interpret customer and government requirements, and manage associated technical plans, costs, and schedules. The role suits an early-career engineer with experience in reliability methods, statistics, and communicating technical findings to varied engineering audiences. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and should be comfortable working independently in a collaborative aerospace environment.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or statistics, or a relevant master’s degreeAt least 2 years of reliability engineering experience, including FMEA/FMECA and fault tree analysisActive U.S. Government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenshipAbility to work onsite in Chandler, ArizonaStrong communication, analytical, and presentation skillsExperience with reliability software and statistical or Bayesian methods preferred
