Principal Systems Engineer

This engineer will work within Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test organization on both developing and fielded missile programs. Responsibilities include managing system and subsystem requirements, developing architecture and interface documentation, guiding integration and qualification testing, and investigating performance issues or failures. The position also involves technical trade studies, customer engagement, supplier coordination, formal reviews, and maintaining verification evidence across the Systems Engineering V. It suits an experienced systems professional who can work across multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and serve as a technical point of contact for a program. The job is fully onsite in Tucson, Arizona, may involve occasional travel, and requires U.S. citizenship and an active or interim Secret clearance before starting.
