Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering

This leader will manage eight engineers while overseeing internal and partner-led hardware development from early architecture through production. The position requires setting priorities, allocating resources, mentoring engineers, managing technical risks, and ensuring products meet reliability, compliance, cost, and manufacturability goals. The manager will work closely with firmware, mechanical, program, and project management teams to deliver integrated products on schedule. The role is based onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, Monday through Friday, and reports to the Director of Electrical Engineering. It suits an experienced electrical engineering manager who can combine strong embedded hardware knowledge with effective coaching, communication, and execution leadership.
