Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering

This position leads a team of electrical engineers responsible for designing cutting-edge video product electronics across Axon's hardware portfolio. You'll balance strategic oversight with technical guidance, managing project execution from concept through production while collaborating across firmware, mechanical, and program management functions. The role suits experienced electrical engineering leaders who excel at mentoring talent, solving complex technical challenges in embedded systems and wireless technologies, and driving innovation within manufacturability and cost constraints. You'll report to the Director of Electrical Engineering and directly manage eight engineers, making decisions that impact both team development and Axon's mission to protect life.
