Senior Deputy Program Manager (DPME)

This position manages a team of engineering groups responsible for delivering complex, classified ground systems and related task orders. The DPME sets technical direction, oversees planning and execution, and ensures projects meet cost, schedule, quality, integration, and verification objectives. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, executives, and internal support organizations while monitoring performance metrics and addressing risks or impediments. It also includes mentoring technical staff, leading proposals and strategic initiatives, and advancing Lean, Agile, process improvement, and AI-enabled practices.
