Principal Systems and Integration Engineer (Onsite)

This engineer works within RTX’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization, helping assemble, evaluate, troubleshoot, and validate advanced defense systems. Responsibilities span requirements management, systems modeling in Cameo, integration and test planning, design verification, mission execution, and analysis of hardware, software, and test data. The role requires collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, customers, and technical leadership across laboratory, field, vendor, and customer environments. It suits an experienced systems or integration professional who can lead technical activities, create clear engineering documentation, and resolve complex system issues. The position is fully onsite in Tucson and requires an active Top Secret clearance held by a U.S. citizen.
