Product Installation Engineer BBP - Extensive 90% + Travel Required

This position supports KLA’s Services organization by overseeing end-to-end installation activities for advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems. The engineer diagnoses difficult equipment and system-level issues, coordinates with factory and engineering experts, and develops action plans and best practices to resolve escalations. Responsibilities also include system upgrades, relocations, new-product testing, accurate field reporting, and quality feedback. The role provides technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to junior engineers while supporting other installation engineers remotely and onsite. It suits an experienced equipment or field service professional who can work independently, lead complex problem-solving, and manage extended international travel.
