NG Fellow 1 - Hypersonic Autopilot and Guidance

This position sits within Northrop Grumman Space Systems and advises major hypersonic weapon programs and captures on integrated guidance, control, and flight-dynamics solutions. The Fellow will establish technical roadmaps, lead engineering trade studies, and connect trajectory design, engagement analysis, guidance laws, autopilot behavior, and deterministic embedded software implementation. Success requires influencing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring senior technical personnel, and communicating recommendations to executives, chief engineers, program leaders, and customers. The work spans the full development lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, verification, testing, and fielding support. It is best suited to an accomplished aerospace or defense engineer with extensive hypersonic, missile, interceptor, or related GNC experience and an active Secret clearance.
